1)Custom Arrangements:

For Custom arrangements of Shows,Drills, and Music we have special standards.(Important Notice:The arrangements listed are designed by a private designer. They are not affiliated with the band in anyway). When you order a custom arrangement the information that is received is reviewed by the designer. It is then the designers choice. Because of the work to be done this season, the designer will then make a decision as to whether it is able to be done. If it is able to be done the designer will contact you within 1 week. The designer will then send information that will be required such as, a request for the show music(Drill Only Arrangement). When the arrangement is first being designed a short preview of the arrangement is sent to the client for approval(You must respond with your decision within 2 days of receiving the preview or it will removed from records, or become property of the designer). In the event that you are not satisfied with how the arrangement has been created so far you can either cancel your order, or request it be recreated. If you approve when the arrangement is 75% done,the final preview is sent for a last approval. When the arrangement is finished a e-mail form will be sent wilth payment & shipping information for you to fill out.



2)Ordering information-When ordering you must open the shopping cart page and use that as you shop. When you submit the form, you must type in your e-mail address. When we receive the request we check if it is in stock. After that we will send a confirmation e-mail with the final ordering form. Also please be patient because they are all checked personally.



3)Shipping Information-We ship everthing using USPS. In the confirmation e-mail we include the shipping prices.



4)Returns & Refunds-We will not accept any items that are open, damaged by the recipient, and any custom made items. It is also the recipients duty to pay for and ship the item being returned. As for refunds we can only give store credit.



5)Who does the money benefit-The group, to pay for trips, buses, equipment.
